All our gas and electricity customers are entitled to an annual energy review to make sure they’re getting the best deal from us.

When you call us on 0800 048 3524º we will:

  • check that you’re on the best tariff for your needs
  • check you’re not paying too much or too little
  • give you energy-saving advice
  • check to see if you’re eligible for extra help.

We’ll help you choose the best deal for your needs and lifestyle – which could help reduce your energy bill.

Payment review

We'll make sure you're not paying too much or too little based on your energy use. Switching to monthly direct debit can help you save even more**.

Energy efficiency review

We'll try to help you reduce the amount of energy you use. All it takes is a few quick questions and we’ll give you energy-saving advice.

Extra help if you need it

We’ll help you check to see if you qualify for some additional help under the Warm Home Discount scheme (subject to availability).

**Pay by Direct Debit and get an annual discount of £40 per fuel, deducted from your standing charge. Choose paperless billing and get an annual discount of £6 per fuel, deducted from your standing charge - the following tariffs are excluded: energyplus Care, Woolwich Domestic Heat, EDN, EBICO and all Pay As You Go meter customers. These discounts are inclusive of VAT.
